INCOM ’09
|
At least one author for each paper should be registered by April 23, 2009.
To submit a contribution, please use the menu “INCOM '09 Submissions” and the item “Submit a Contribution to the INCOM ‘09”. In the menu, the item “Instructions for INCOM ’09 authors” is intended to provide contributors with information on rules to which a paper submitted to an IFAC sponsored event is to meet. This means that before submission, a paper is to be checked against the rules. The “INCOM ’09 Submissions” menu thus leads to the PaperPlaza Conference Manuscript Management System site.

If you have already a PIN, please select “Submit a contribution to INCOM ‘09” for the submission. Warning: do not use the “Log in” link below!

Russian Visa Support
All INCOM ‘09 participants (in case of the early registration by April 17, 2009) will be provided with a visa support of the symposium host organization (V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences) so as a participant will face absolutely no difficulties to receive the Russian visa in the Russian visa department at his or her country of residence. Details concerning the visa support will be presented at the symposium web-site as well as e-mailed to corresponding authors of accepted contributions by March 8, 2009.

The fees include an e-book of Preprints (CD-ROM), symposium program, coffee breaks, welcome reception (June 3), banquet (June 4), as well as scientific and industrial exhibitions.
One full registration fee (450 ˆ) of a participant covers upload of all papers in which the participant is involved as an author (co-author). At that, a student registration fee (without one full one) does not provide inclusion of a paper into the Symposium Program.
For every accepted paper, at least one full registration fee must be paid by April 27, 2009. Otherwise said paper will not be included in the final Symposium Program nor published in the Symposium Preprints and Proceedings.
The accompanying person registration fee includes visa support (in case of the early registration by April 17, 2009), participation in the welcome reception (June 3) and banquet (June 4).
* Accompanying without the registration fee (without the host organization visa support, without participation in the in the welcome reception and banquet) is also possible. At that case, please contact to k.pylev@aviakassa.ru for visa support issues disregarding the “Visa Support” menu.
Any banking commissions (if any) should be at the payer expense (it is important not that a participant sends EUR 450/250/200, but that Symposium organizers receive EUR 450/250/200; bank transfer fees are to be paid by participants, and are not included into the symposium fee).
The payment application should necessarily contain the author (participant) ‘s
surname, PIN, as well as the paper(s) registration number(s) (ID(s)) and the notification
"INCOM '09 Registration Fee".

A paper not presented takes away a slot from another author and creates a hole in the session, which can inconvenience both the audience and organizers. Therefore, as prescribed by the IFAC regulations, no-show papers will not appear in the Symposium Proceedings published at IFAC-PapersOnline.net nor be considered for publication in the special issues after symposium.

The material submitted for presentation at an IFAC meeting (Congress, Symposium, Conference, Workshop) must be original, not published or being considered elsewhere. All papers accepted for presentation will appear in the Preprints of the meeting and will be distributed to the participants. Proceedings of the IFAC Congress, Symposia, Conferences and Workshops will be hosted on-line on the IFAC-PapersOnLine.net website. The presented papers will be further screened for possible publication in the IFAC Journals (Automatica, Control Engineering Practice, Annual Reviews in Control, Journal of Process Control , Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, and Mechatronics), or in IFAC affiliated journals. All papers presented will be recorded as an IFAC Publication.
Copyright of material presented at an IFAC meeting is held by IFAC. Authors will be required to transfer copyrights electronically and/or in hard copy. The IFAC Journals and, after these, IFAC affiliated journals have priority access to all contributions presented. However, if the author is not contacted by an editor of these journals, within three months after the meeting, he/she is free to submit an expanded version of the presented material for journal publication elsewhere. In this case, the paper must carry a reference to the IFAC meeting where it was originally presented and, if the paper has appeared on the website www.IFAC-PapersOnLine.net, also a reference to this publication.
